You gotta love the fact that *everyone* appears to be downloading every single leaked build. Way to go guys! I’m sure Microsoft will announce it soon…I *hope* they announce it soon!

When is a release date not a release date?

When it’s a launch date. Apparently, VS2008 will still be released November 2007 (although only in Beta 2 at present?) - The launch will happen February 2008 to coincide with SQL Server 2008 / Windows Server 2008.

Surely that’s cheating and just building in some lag time?
